At Sleights Community Hub, we believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and uplifting space for carers, and loved ones living with dementia, older adults and the wider community.
Whether you’re joining us for a cup of tea, a chat, or one of our many wellbeing activities, you’ll find warmth, understanding, and connection in everything we do.
What’s On at the Hub?
Our hub offers a wide variety of free and low-cost activities every Wednesday and Sunday. No referral is needed, and everyone is welcome — whether you’re local to Guisborough or just visiting.

| Holistic Therapies | Relaxing treatments designed to reduce stress and support overall wellbeing. |
| Singing for the Brain | Music-based sessions that promote memory, joy, and connection. |
| Internet Café | Access free WiFi, use a laptop or printer, or get help going online. |

The Weekenders – Sunday Lunch Club

📅 Once a month – 1st Thursday of each month
Join us at a local pub for a friendly drink and meal with great company. Check our noticeboard for the next date.
Spaces are limited for meal clubs – please book at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email.

We understand the pressures that come with caring for a loved one. That’s why we offer a listening ear, informal advice, and a place where carers can rest, recharge, and connect with others who understand.
Our team are dementia-aware, trained, and always here to help.
